Dr. Garrett Steinmetz is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. Dr. Steinmetz completed his residency training at the University of Oklahoma and fellowship training at the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis where he was an associate team physician for the Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues. As a native Oklahoma from rural southwest Oklahoma, Dr. Steinmetz played collegiate basketball on a national championship team.
Dr. Steinmetz’s practice includes both adult and pediatric patients. He has received advanced training in arthroscopy of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle. He has a special interest in orthopedic sports medicine and the preservation and regeneration of cartilage. His goal is to provide exemplary orthopedic care for his fellow Oklahomans.
